Is it normal for your lower back to feel stiff and hurt after a good run? Not right away, but that evening? It’s not crippling or anything but it’s pretty uncomfortable. Enough that I’ve had to take a painkiller a few times. Anyone else get that?

Otherwise, ya, you might want to get it checked out if it keeps happening. You don’t want to be injuring yourself more and more over time.
Maybe you’re running too often or you’re going too far. Try easing off and not pushing yourself quite as hard. Build up your level. It may simply be that you’re trying to achieve a higher level than your fitness level actually allows.
