Lately I’ve been feeling down. I don’t feel like moving around at all. I’ve decided not to give in to the feelings. I may not be doing full cardio, pushing myself as hard as I can, like i was a few weeks ago, but I get up every hour and walk around briskly for 5 minutes. It’s not the same, but it’s definitely better than just sitting like I want to. I think it’s helping.
That’s such a good point. Even if you get up and move for a couple of minutes once per hour, it’s better than not getting up.
I find that I start feeling like moving if I look out the window when it’s sunny. Try to promise yourself to go outside when the sun is out. T hat might help you want to do it more. Even if it’s just a few minutes. I do like that you’re dedicated to moving around even a tiny bit at a time. Great start.
I’d never thought of that. I should give it a try. I think it would feel the opposite if it’s raining though haha
