Are vitamin d supplements actually doing anything for me? Do they work? I can’t figure out what the reports mean online. Some say you should absolutely take the supplements, my doctor says to take them, other reports say it doesn’t do anything at all. What should I believe?
I think the only way to know is to have a blood test. It’s a really quick and easy test but there’s no way to measure without a test because there aren’t solid symptoms of it “working”
I agree, I think a blood test is the only way. I know I took them for a few days a while back and started feeling more energized, but that might have just been a placebo effect.
