Udder cream. It has the weirdest name but it really works. It makes a big difference. It’s also good for knees and elbows, while you’re at it.
I find that a very good after sun cream, pure aloe gel or coconut oil. Try to find something as gentle as possible but that has healing ingredients.
I’d say something with shea butter or seabuckthorn or both would be very good. It’s very healing and it can help to protect your skin in the first place
I’m going to try those techniques. I hate that feeling it hurts so much. It doesn’t look like much but it makes you feel like you’ll die.
