If I have only 10 minutes to exercise, what’s the best one for me to do if my goal is health and weight loss?
For me, jumping jacks, running on the spot and burpees can do the most for getting my heart rate way up. If I do those for 10 minutes, I feel like I ran a marathon.
Probably running on the spot or something like that. Is it 10 minutes for cardio? Can you be sweaty when you’re done or will you be going back to work with customers or coworkers?
Thanks for the ideas. I’m hoping to get some other people involved so I don’t look dumb doing it on my own!
