What’s the best stimulant for a fitness supplement? I was thinking caffeine, but is taurine better?
I think caffeine. Nothing has been more used and researched than that. YOu can really get answers about it.

if you combine these by accident, could it be dangerous? Like if I took a type I didn’t know it was a stimulant, then I had a couple of coffees, could I hurt myself?
