Anything you struggle with, cut it in half. Overeat cookies, still have cookies, but half as many. Too tired to work out? Instead of doing a half hour, do 15 minutes. It’s not perfect, but it’s twice as good as what it could be!

If you really can’t resist eating a holiday treat, eat half as much as you intended to. At least it’ll only do half as much damage!

Even acknowledging that the holidyas are different and not giving yourself a hard time about it can help you to just be more reasonable about your choices instead of giving up and gorging on everything.

At this point…maybe having a good new year plan in mind LOL We’re 2 days away. Hopefully you can’t do too much damage in that time. I wish you a very happy Christmas though!
