Best Vision supplement
I need to start taking a nutritional supplement for vision support against macular degeneration. Any recommendations for what should be in it?
Definitely lutein and zeaxanthin. Those are pretty much the whole point. Start from there. Anything that doesn’t have those should be skipped.

I think Zinc and Selenium are also good with those two.
Will a regular multivitamin do it? I don’t see lutein and zeaxanthin on my multivitamin list. Or selenium. Does that mean it’s really incomplete for the purpose of eye health?
