I seem to have messed up my shoulder a bit and I’m 99 percent sure it’s bursitis . There are exercises that go with that condition. Has anyone tried them? Do they hurt to do? Are they easy?
You should really get that diagnosed. You’re probably right, but if you’re not, if you do bursitis exercises, you could really mess something up.
If you really are sure that’s what it is, there are quite a few exercises you can do to help support the joint by building up the muscles around it. It also helps to keep up the lubrication of the joint.
I hope your shoulder is feeling better. Usually just using it gently and making sure you’re using lots of range of motion exercises is good for any joint. Don’t overdo it but don’t ignore it.
