There are a lot of fat burning exercises out there but then I also read that there’s no such thing as targeted weight loss through workouts. Is there any way for me to work specifically on my middle by using exercises?
No. There really are no targetted fat burning exercises. They help to burn calories for overall fat burning, but not something you can aim at your middle.
You can burn fat all over your body, and your body might choose to visibly burn more in one area than another, but there’s no way to target it with exercise. If you keep it up, it’ll reach the area you want though.
