Do I want omega 3 in my eye pills?

I noticed that some eye pills have omega 3 in them and some don’t. Do I need the extra? If I get the omega ones, will it give me fish burps? I hate that about regular omega-3 capsules!

I think it’s good for dry eyes. Are your eyes chronically dry?

They’re pretty dry right now because of seasonal allergies. Will they help with that?
