Does exercise like walking or yoga help endometriosis pain or does it make it worse? It’s only for a day or 2 per month, but just looking for natural non-hormone options.

It can help. Everyone is different, but it can help most people. Go gently and don’t push yourself too hard until you’re more familiar with what works for you and what feels right. Walking outside is good. Just stay close to home in case you need to head back, especially at first.

It won’t cure it but it can make it better. it can make it easier. Takes the sharpness down.
