    Does a fat burning workout need you to sweat or just pick up your breathing?

    I htink it’s more about picking up your breathing, but if you do that long enough, your temperature will rise.  If you’re not sweating, you should probably hydrate LOL

    I think if you reach fat burning that really counts – like a cardio or peak heart rate – you’ll be sweating.  I mean, you can probably do it for a minute and not sweat, but will that really count for anything?

    You’ll probably sweat if you’ve done it enough to matter.  That’s okay though. Sweating is good for you!

    I can’t imagine getting into a workout that had my heart rate up that much without starting to sweat after a few minutes.  Is that possible if you’re healthy?
