    When I count calories to lose weight, I always lose between 5 and 10 and then get stuck for so long! Should I be cutting more at that point? What do I do? I dont see progress for weeks and it makes it hard to keep trying.

    No, it shouldn’t always do it, but it does happen. Have you reassessed how many calories you need? Could it be that you’ve lost enough weight that you need fewer calories so you need to cut back for results again? Maybe your workout needs a refresh with more challenge?

    It can, depending on how your body loses weight, loses and gains water, and gains or loses muscle mass. It doesn’t always happen but it can. If you’re stuck for a long time, like someone else said, could be time to reassess what you’re doing.

    Maybe you need a regular reassessment to be sure your calories, workouts and sleep are where they should be?
