I know we all hate leg day, but I hate it more than most things right now. I do a lot of workouts and never see any change in my legs. How do I build more muscle? I’m not trying to bulk up. I want a better look.
that’s a tough one. Try squats, burpees and yoga. You’ll build over time. Remember that you’ll likely tone first, then build a little. You need to focus on eating right, too. Get your healthy fats, your protein for those muscles and carbs for energy to do the exercises right.
Keep doing your leg day twice a week and make sure there is lots of recovery time in between and be patient. Legs are a tough one. They can take a long time. You might be getting more progress than you think. Keep going.
