Is there a certain exercise that will cause the most fat burning, more than others?
I’d say something high cardio like running or spin class
Cardio. Ideally, HIIT. Go high intensity for a couple of minutes, rest or slow down for a minute, then go again.
Thanks! I’m always off and on with HIIT but I’ll go for it. I really want to get ahead with fat burning. I feel like I’m leveling off in my progress.

Thanks. I did HIIT twice over the weekend. That’s exhausting! I hope it really works. I’m doing 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes like my usual workout, so I’m hopeful and having my fingers crossed.
