Anyone know some great fat burning exercises that are fast to do but still effective. They can’t be for only the fittest people or it will kill me haha. I’m just trying to stay on top of things even as stuff gets too busy during the holidays.
Walking, power yoga, running on the spot, burpees are all good for quick exercises you can do several times during the day that will burn fat.
jumping jacks! I like doing these because you can do them practically anywhere and I hate burpees haha!!!
I use a strider now, but a treadmill or eliptical would do just as good. Do interval training on it and you’re set.
