I’ve reached some kind of slump in my weight loss. i just feel not right/tired all the time. I’m not sleeping great, but not too bad. I just don’t have the energy or motivation to do anyhting active. Is it my diet that’s wrong?

It could be the time of year, maybe you’re not eating enough foods that provide you with the energy you need. Maybe a diet pill that has energizing ingredients?

If you’re really exhausted and off all the time, I really think you should talk to your doctor, especially if it’s lasting more than a few days. hopefully it’s absolutely nothing but it could be something minor that you can fix, like a nutrition imbalance or your thyroid or something that can be corrected without anything massive and cheaply too.

Has it changed? Are you feeling better now? Did you try an energizing pill? Have you been hydrated enough? I find that I forget to drink enough water when it stops being really hot out.

I’d try Trimthin or liponitro to power up again. They’re both great for busting through slumps so you can get more out of each day.

This happens to me. Usually it is one of those things were I need to organize my routine a bit so I don’t have to think so much. Thinking is very tiring!

I couldn’t agree more! Thinking, especially at this time of year, is so exhausting! Getting a routine in place so everything is just habit is absolutely necessary. Everything else needs to be added to a written list so I can blindly just follow it.
