Is this normal? My feet and ankles are swelling huge in hot weather .Not just a bit. Like, my shoes don’t fit right anymore when the weather is hot enough. Should I be nervous?

I think it’s normal as long as it’s temporary and not too dramatic. If you’re unsure, I’d definitely talk to someone about it. Mine swell a bit so I might have to adjust tightly tied shoes, but not so that my shoes don’t actually fit. Does that help?

Mine do that. A bit is normal. Extreme amounts should be checked. My sandals will get tight and I’ll have to change to the next hole with the buckle

Thanks! There were a ccouple of cooler days and it didn’t happen on those days. I’m glad to know it’s not totally weird that it’s happening to me. I guess it’s fine. I don’t want to go to the doctor unless I really have to. I’ll keep an eye on it but I feel so much better that it’s not just me.
