    I’ve got some kind of food allergy and I’m having a hard time figuring out what it is.  It’s limiting my food choices to the point that I feel like Im not eating the right foods to go along with any diet.  I’m also finding myself hungry a lot, probably because everything I have been eating lately is so bland so I’m starved for flavor.  Any suggestions for how to get through this?

    Try an actual elimination diet.  That will help you to work from nothing up to what you can eat, always adding more.  That way, you’ll always be getting more flavors and ways to fill up.  it makes it easier to track down your allergy, too

    elimination diets are really hard to do on your own.  You’d likely need your doctor’s help to do that right.
