Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
Out of curiosity, how many hours would it take for me to burn off my Thanksgiving meal through something like brisk walking, power yoga, a home cardio workout…that sort of thing?
My closest guess would be a million hahaha!
LOL yeah, I think a million is a pretty good guess. I think the point is to behave on the days surrounding so that the one day won’t have a huge impact. Take care this week!
