Any recommendations for summer workouts that won’t cause heat rash on legs, or how to prevent it in the first place while sticking to the workouts I already do? I’ve never had this before, but this year is so hot out!
Swimming is the easy choice. Also, cycling is usually pretty good for that.
You can always keep up doing the things you like and just use the right kind of cream to prevent that. Udder Balm is good for preventing that.
