    Is bloating always from eating wrong? How do I know what’s the cause of it? I’ts very uncomfortable.

    Oh man, that’s the worst. I think it’s usually water retention and/or gas. I’d say hydrate, eat your fiber, and hydrate again. Do what you can to make sure you’re going to the bathroom regularly and to stop yourself from retaining water by eating too much salt and not enough water.  If that clears it and you keep up the habit and it doesn’t come back, you’ll know that was the cause. Don’t forget that hormones will do it too if you’re female. Have you asked a doc about it?

    Feeling better? I think from food it’s usually no longer than a day (unless you keep eating the source of the problem). Something else might drag it out longer. Not a hard and fast rule, but that tip helps me to track things down.

    Are you eating a lot of salty things? I find that sneaks up on me without me noticing sometimes.  Get drinking water to help overcome it if that’s what it is.
