I’m trying to get outside every day for walks and jogs in daylight while the weather is absolutely perfect for it. I know colder days are coming and my motivation will drop, so I’m building the habit now. But there are so many wasps/yellowjackets out right now and they’re very aggressive! Does anyone know how I can prevent getting stung? I’m not allergic but I don’t want to be stung nonetheless.

Don’t wear colors that draw them, don’t go out in the middle of the afternoon for your runs and jogs and wear long sleeves if you can. Covering up makes it a lot harder for them to get you, even if it’s thin material. They’re unlikely to try to chomp down on you through even a thin fabric.

Don’t dress in bright colors that look like you’re a flower. Don’t wear scented deodorant or other products. They won’t be around long. They are awful right now and then die off fast as the weather cools.

Is it still happening? They’ve pretty much given up where I live. You’re right. They were bad this year!
