Is it better to buy individual B vitamins or one of the spectrum kind that gives you a range of them?

I think you’d better talk to your doctor. If you’re not going to, I’d say get the full b spectrum because at least you’ll get an average balance of the ones people typically need. STill, those ones are serious and you can mess things up in your body by taking the wrong ones or by not taking them with other things your body needs simultaneously. Careful there.

I don’t think it’s a good idea to mess around with b vitamins without knowing what you’re missing. Get tested first.

Thanks! I kind of thought that would be the case, but I thought I’d put it out there in case someone knew the answer. Amazing how something so simple and easily available isn’t as obvious as we think it is.

I agree! I thnk it’s because of marketing. we’re told “oh just take this and youl’l get all your vitamins” but vitamins and minerals are serious things!
