I’m going to try something new

I’m going to try making essentially everything (within reason) from scratch. Yogurt, soup, bread, everything. I’m going to buy as much local and in season as I can (farmer’s markets, here I come!). I want to see how much of an impact REALLY staying away from processed food and choosing higher quality food will make a difference to my weight. Anyone else try this before?
