I can only swim for about 15 minutes at a time at the moment. I can only get to the pool about 15 minutes before it starts getting too crowded with families who don’t observe the lanes. If I get 15 minutes once or twice a week am I getting any real workout?
15 minutes is fine. Get out for a 15 minute brisk walk at some other point and you’ve got a full workout for the day.
I agree. Do what you can and top it up with simpler things or just put a bit more into other days during the week.
Thanks. I’ll give it a try and see if it’s worth it. I think I was hoping everyone would say a bit of time was enough but I hope it actually works.
