is it better to drink decaf?

I know caffeine isn’t bad for you, but is decaf coffee healthier for you than regular coffee?

I don’t think there’s any problem with having caffeinated coffee. There are benefits to decaf and benefits to caffeine. It’s not going to decide much overall unless you really overdo it.

decaf is better if you don’t need the energy or if you’re taking a diet pill that has caffeine as an ingredient. Otherwise, unless you actually get side effects from it, you should be fine.
