I know tylenol PM is for nighttime pain but it also has something in it to help you sleep. Is it safe to use even if you’re not using it for pain?
I’d say it’s ok for occasional use more on the rare side. But if you’re struggling with sleep more regularly, maybe go for something designed more for you without the painkillers, or talk to your doctor if it’s all the time.
I think it says on the box that you can use it for a maximum of 10 days or 14 days or something like that. Check the box. That’ll help.
