have you updated your wokrout lately? Maybe it’s gotten too easy as you got fitter?

drink more water, track your calories, and check if your workout needs an upgrade. Don’t panic! You might even be doing everything right, you’re just building lean muscle and burning fat at the same time so it’s not registering on the scale. Don’t forget that your scale can’t tell the diffrence between your body fat, great muscle, water weight, or even a hoodie! You’re likely doing great and don’t even realize it.
