    Not too proud to ask this, but how do you stop from being constipated or having really hard poops without having to get fiber supplements or stool softeners?

    lots of water, bone broth, fresh veggies. I try not to go for too many beans because that causes more gas in me than …output. Good luck!

    Cut out anything white flour and don’t overdo it with meat. But definitely whole grains and veggies. I like the other suggestion for bone broth too. Stay hydrated!!!

    Lots of fiber, lots of water.  Ease off stuff like cheese too because that can work against you. Leave white flour out for a while too. Feel better!

    Good point about leaving out white flour. Keep white sugar down too!

    Lots and lots of water.  SOunds like there’s not enough moisture going through to soften everything up.

    Thanks for all the tips. I should have updated here earlier. Yes, feeling better. I used a lot of the tips shared here and i know they helped.  The water was a big one and very simple. I should have tried that sooner. The other tips were good too.
