I find it’s much easier to eat healthy foods when most of the prep is already done. This is the same with weight loss friendly foods. Spend a couple of hours one day per week chopping up all the veggies that can be prepped in advance. Then, at your dinnertimes, just take out the containers of prepped veggies and use what you need. Cooking up a few prepped things in a pan is no harder than tossing a prepped meal in the microwave. You may as well skip all the extra sugars, unhealthy fats, chemicals and sodium. I do it first thing on Sunday morning and I lose weight way more easily than I ever used to because it’s convenient to eat healthy. It could help you prevent weight gain, too.
