I have a weak shoulder that hurts if I push it as far as the other one. It’s my stronger arm, so maybe I push it too far or something. Is there a foam roller or ball or other kind of recovery tool that would help that? It goes right into the shoulder blade. What should I try?
Try yoga for sore shoulders because that will help to work it out. If you foam roll without knowing what you’re doing, you could make it worse. Then, try to push less on your shoulder workouts so you won’t overdo it anymore. Take care!
a foam roller can help if you watch a good video and get guidance. Just take it easy and be careful.

Ok, bad coincidence but I seem to have hurt my shoulder, too. I Have no idea how. I’m going to take my own advice and do the right yoga for it. But, did you try the foam roller? I’m curious to know if I should do what you’re doing, if it helps.
