    I’m usually already sinking into a low mood at this time of year. Running is helping to keep me out of that. I plan to add daily yoga to the mix too. Doing everything I can not to sink down this year.

    Keep it up. You can do this. post here if you need a bit of motivation, because I know there will always be people here to cheer you on. This time of year really can be so hard, but you’ve got the best attitude to get through it at your best.  Remember that it’s okay if you don’t feel full of sunshine every minute. It doesn’t mean that won’t change, just because you feel it once.

    Those are really good exercises to do. I find that they steal all my focus so that I can’t think about other nonsense in my life. It’s an important break.

    Is it still working for you? I’m so exhausted these days it’s nearly impossible to get motivated to move like that. I feel like I’m just making it through with everything I have to do. The thought of burning even one minute of energy doing something that isn’t on my to-do list would be impossible
