    I’ve been tracking my calories and I’ve stopped losing weight, so I’ve added a little run every morning to see if I can change that. I really do think that exercise can help you to lose weight if you are also balancing it with what you eat. It’s not just one or the other that can get you to your goal.

    I completely agree. You can lose weight if you just change your diet, but it’ll go a lot faster and easier if you add exercise to the mix. Good for you for running in the morning. careful going every day that you don’t injure yourself. Maybe start at 3-4 days a week and do something else the other days? If you find you’re fine, you can build up to it. I know unrequested advice is a jerk move, but it’d be worse if you got injured because I shut up.
