What tools do I need to create my own self-guided weight loss program aside from the tools here on Sharefit?

It depends on what you want to do to lose weight. If you’re changing what you eat, you’ll need the tools associated with that. If you’re exercising, you’ll need tracking and equipment like good shoes and so on. What do you plan to do to lose weight? That will help to determine what tools you need to guide yourself.

I’d say a calorie/nutrition tracker, fitness tracker, good athletic shoes and a grocery list with the ingredients for all the healthy meals you plan to make.

A good kitchen knife and cutting board. A good frying pan. A good pair of walking or running shoes and a good wind/rainproof jacket. That’s a great start

Those are all good ideas. I can’t add anything. I’d definitely agree with the great basic kitchen tools and good athletic shoes and jacket on top of a few good trackers.
