Lately my body just feels sore overall. I haven’t been overdoing my workouts. It’s like my arms are too heavy. My back aches. When I stand up from my chair I feel like I’m 90 years old. Sometimes after taking a walk I feel better. Overall, I just hurt. What’s going on?
Could it be from stress? I find that even if I’m being kind to my body, when i’m carrying a lot more stress, my body hurts as though I’ve been overworking it. Have you been doing things like yoga, meditation, mindfulness practices or other mental health supporting activities? That might help. Take care.
I think your first step is to head to your doctor. That can be caused by tons of underlying issues. most of them are not dangerous or anything. Could even be that you’re sleeping weird.
Make sure to get outside, get some fresh air and daylight each day – even if it’s cloudy where you are. If it’s not something with your physical health, doing this each day at least once, if not more, will help you.
