Combining trimthin with the gym is getting me more out of my sessions. I wanted to share this in case anyone else has found it hard to get powered up before training. I like the energy from this supplement because it’s enough to really get me motivated and moving but not so much that I have that jittery or tight-chest feeling. Anyone else have success with this or just me. Only down side is I have to switch to decaf in the afternoon when I take it because that would be too much total caffeine. Still, as long as I get the energy I need, it’s totally worth it.

That’s great! Energy is the main challenge in a workout. I don’t go to the gym anymore, but in any workout, it’s always the battle to get the most done before fatigue sets in. Good thing you found what works for you.

I agree. I don’t go to the gym anymore either but energy is always the thing. It decides if you do your workout at all, and if you do, how much you put into it and how much you get out of it. Glad you’re on the right track for yourself!

Thanks! It’s making such a difference. I was a bit nervous that it would wear off over time, but it’s still just as good. I can’t believe there was a time when I had to try to get through a workout without this energy. I feel like I’m finally actually getting somewhere!

Do you take it with food? Do you eat anything before your workout to go with it?

Awesome! Keep up the great progress.  This kind of find is such a score for motivation and success.

I’ve tried that and found the same thing. Just be careful if you’re working out in the heat.  It’s fine in the AC, but with these heatwaves, those thermogenics make you feel it.  Drink lots of water and stop to cool down when you need to!

Good point about the water and cool downs. I’m not finding I get so overheated any more than usual. Maybe I’m getting fitter so that helps? Not sure, but it’s good advice anyway!
