I’m eating a lot less meat. Still eating it, but just very rarely. I wonder if eating way more veggies to make up my diet will help me lose weight. Anyone else try this?

I’ve never found an eating strategy easier and more natural to follow than flexitarian. Mostly I was vegetarian (i still ate dairy and eggs), but sometimes I eat fish, poultry and various meats, though not so often. My version of flexitarian is mostly vegetarian but I still eat other things two or three times per week.

How’s it going so far?

I tried flexitarian. I loved it. I’ve been eating a little more meat than I used to, but I still think I’m on a bit of that type of eating style. It makes it easier to gradually change your outlook on what a meal should look like. It doesn’t always need an animal-based protein.

Flexitarian is one of the eating strategies that makes the most sense to me. I hope it works out for you and I hope you’ll check in to let us know.
