Super cool study was just published so I thought I’d share it here. I won’t put a link because those posts always get screened out, but it’s all over the news, so it’s easy to find. Researchers did a study across 10 years and found that people who take vitamin D supplements every day have a notably lower risk of dementia! Very cool, right? Vitamin D is so affordable and easy to take. I’ve been taking them off and on for a while, but this has definitely boosted my commitment.

That’s amazing. I need to start taking it more. I remember probably 4 times a week but maybe that’ll get me taking it more.

Just took mine. It was sitting on the shelf. I bought it a month ago and took it for probably 3 days. I’m motivated now!

The more I’ve looked into vitamin D, it has a ton of benefits. We really did evolve to be in the sun! Too bad it just hurts us now. Supplements should be recommended to anyone!

Do you still need to take it in the summer if you spend a lot of time outside? Don’t you get it from sunlight that way?

How much does it reduce the risk? Do you remember wehre the study was published? I’d love to read it.
