I’m not sure if I should get vitamin D3 supplements in liquid or capsules.  LIquids seem expensive except in drops.  Are they as good as the kind you have to take by the teaspoon? Or should I just get capsules? I’ve heard that taking tablets is essentially useless because your body doesn’t digest it.

Everything I’ve read says that liquids are the way to go if you want the best benefit. I’ve been using the drops for a while. They’re messy, but they do the trick. I’ve never tried the kind you have to measure with a teaspoon.

Liquid is best. Definitely not tablets. I can’t see that it would be any different to take drops or to have gel caps that contain a liquid inside them. Should be the same. So it depends on how you want to take them i guess.

Thanks. I’ll see what I can find. I hope they’re not too expensive or messy.
