I’m looking to change my sleep supplement this year for one that actually works! What’s your favorite and why? I’d love to know what other people are using and that helps them.
I currently like 2. If I just need to gently wind down just a small amount, Pascoflair from Pascoe. If I need to actually have help getting to sleep because my mind won’t shut up and I can’t relax, Ziesta.
I’ve never heard of Pascoflair. Ziesta is definitely good. I like Natural Calm if I just need to chill a bit. it’s mostly just magnesium. But after stressful days when I know I”m not going to get restful, Ziesta, I agree.
I like anything with passionflower to shut off my brain, and valerian root to make me feel drowsy and calm.
Is melatonin safe to use if you don’t know if your levels are low? I mean, do you need to be tested for low melatonin before trying a sleep supplement with it?
