    What is the best kind of workout focused on dancing? Is it Zumba? I’m thinking of starting a new class but I want it to get the job done.

    zumba is great as long as you’ve got the energy for it. Definitely worth trying out.

    You don’t even necessarily need a dance workout. You could just dance. Pick a kind you like and you’ll be active. Everything from line dancing to latin dance is supposed to be great. I know someone who thought she would die from a barre workout and that’s ballet stuff, if I understand it right.  Any of them is good. THe key is to find the one you like and will actually do.

    Thanks! I don’t know if I’m brave enough for zumba haha. I’ll need to try that with a friend. But I can just dance it out on my own until I have the courage.

    It’s not as scary as you think! It definitely feels weird and uncoordinated at first, but you get the hang of it. Everyone has been there and if you have a good instructor, they will understand that you’re new and will make sure you’re properly supported to keep up.
