I’ve been reading a lot of good stuff about intermittent fasting and its health and weight loss benefits. I went to try it out but then I learned that there’s a ton of different kinds. Which one is the best one?
I think the one that sounds the most reasonable is the one that lets you eat for eight hours then fast for 16. It still lets you have water the whole time that you are fasting. If you just have a late breakfast around 11am, then have a good healthy snack in the early afternoon around 2pm, then have dinner by 6pm, you’re good!
it probably has to do with what goes best with your schedule. I like the sound of the one mentioned with 8 hours of allowed eating. That makes sense or you’re going to feel hungry all the time and risk getting dizzy and weak.
Ok, maybe I’ll give the 8/16 hour one a try to start. That one sounds the most approachable. Then I’ll see if I need something that is more or less intense.
I’ve tried that one. I found it pretty easy to follow. I just pushed breakfast to more of a brunch kind of time and then just ate normally within that window of 8 hours.
