Why is matcha healthy? Isn’t it just powdered green tea instead of chopped up?
That’s what it is at its most basic level. It’s basically as healthy as green tea, but because you’re drinking the actual leaves, you get many times more of everything it contains, especially the antioxidants.
I didn’t know that about matcha. I didn’t even really know what it was. Does it have to be boiled to be good for you or can you really just toss it into smoothies?
It’s so expensive I don’t want to use it wrong.
Does it really make a difference? I know it helps your cells, but does it help them enough to actually notice something happening?
