    I’ve decided to be realistic about my exercise. Going to walk 2 times per day on week days, once per day on Saturday and take Sunday off.     I just wanted to share that the more I exercise the more energy I have. I used to think I’d be tired if I exercise a lot but I actualyl end up way more energized after I’ve had a half hour brisk walk. I’m gonig to start adding to the things I do. THis is amazing.

    I’ve found that I’m running out of energy in workouts if I try to cut down on meat. I try to get vegetarian sources of protein but I get weak, fatigued or dizzy. Anyone know if there are some people that just have to eat meat to be healthy?

    Hi group! I hope this gets bigger soon. I figure if I tell you all that I’m going to exercise every day (cardio 5 times per week, strength training 2 times per week) then I’ll actually do it because you’ll all pressure me to 😉
