I'm a wife and work-from-home mom. I have three daughters. I love what I do and enjoy life to the fullest...and sometimes that means having more cookies than I originally intended. My goal is to get healthier, eat less sugary treats, and increase my fitness level.

This happens to me. Usually it is one of those things were I need to organize my routine a bit so I don’t have to think so much. Thinking is very tiring!

My Grandma is one of those people who can’t even handle caffeine because it causes her heart to race and she gets really sick. I’m thinking those are the people who might be in serious danger from using Ephedra.

Has anyone had any first-hand experience with ephedra from when it was legal? I am curious about what people were feeling that got it banned, or if it was just unsafe for a select few. Are there any ingredients out there that claim to be some other name, but it’s really just ephedra in disquise?

I suggest having a piece of fruit and possibly some kind of complex carb, like oats before you head out for your workout. It might be that you are not getting enough carbs before you exercise and the reduced carbs would cause your blood sugar level to plummet when you need it most.

Nuts, berries, avocado, salmon and eggs are all superfoods and they are pretty normal too. 🙂

I was wondering about this too. We have a track near our house and it feels better running on it than the sidewalks…just thought it was me! The shoes make the most difference and the right pair will help you run further and prevent pain.

There is a new beginners running guide up that might just do the trick. It can be found here https://www.sharefit.com/beginners-running-guide/
Are you able to run a mile yet?

You could try just switching up the socks. Wear a thermal sock over another thinner sock and just loosen the laces a little to make room for the added padding.
To keep your toes dry you can also make your athletic shoes waterproof by getting that waterproofing material you spray on tents. This should work well. Let me know how it goes!
